RELAXING EYE GEL PADS

These hot and cold therapy reusable gel pads are ideal to use on the eyes but can also be used on the body for providing pain relief and healing therapy for sprains, strains, sports and other muscle injuries.

COLD TREATMENT 

For cold treatment place in the freezer for about 2 hours 

WARM TREATMENT 

For warm treatment place into hot water for 2-5 mins using tongues to remove 

CAUTION

Be sure to cover the pads with a towel or covering until they reach desired temperature.
